The Crash Barrier Roll Forming Machine was designed and build to produce the W shaped beams for crash barriers of highway guardrails from 3.0-4.0mm thickness galvanized steel and the guardrails will be used for the construction of highways and expressway. The shape of the crash barriers or the W beams is generally the same as regular type in the world, the whole roll forming line is fully automatically running under the PLC control system, including feeding, leveling, punching, roll forming machine and cutting. This machine can produce U section for mounting or support for highway guards.
